This December, we have had above-average highs every day, and the lack of snow has played a major role.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation has issued a no-travel advisory in northwest Minnesota due to high winds causing blowing snow and limited visibility.
With the warm weather around the Red River Valley, I’d be wary of being the first out.
